Sprinkle Jam is a puzzle game. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. Sprinkle Jam uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads and interstitial ads, and Google Analytics for Firebase to learn how the levels are played.

Who operates Sprinkle Jam

Sprinkle Jam is published by the developer account named in its Google Play listing. Privacy inquiries can be submitted through the developer contact option shown on the Google Play listing. Please include "Sprinkle Jam privacy request" in the message.

Information stored by Sprinkle Jam

Sprinkle Jam stores local gameplay data on your device so the game can work as expected. This includes:

level progress, the highest unlocked level, and stars earned;
your in-game coin balance;
music, sound effect, and vibration settings.

This data is stored in the app's private storage on your device. We do not operate an account system for Sprinkle Jam, and your saved progress is not sent to us.

Gameplay analytics

Sprinkle Jam uses Google Analytics for Firebase to see which levels are too hard, too easy, or confusing. The app reports gameplay events: a level was started, completed, failed, restarted, or left, with the level number, time spent, moves, stars, and attempt count, plus when ads were shown. Firebase adds a random app instance ID, device model, operating system and app version, and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address.

These analytics are not linked to your name or any account, and the app does not give Firebase your advertising ID. Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the consent form described under Advertising also controls analytics storage.

Advertising

Sprinkle Jam uses Google AdMob to display ads: rewarded ads you choose to watch (for extra time or double coins) and interstitial ads between levels. AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related technical data to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can change your choice later with the Privacy button on the game's home screen.

Information we do not collect

Sprinkle Jam does not collect account credentials, payment card details, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, videos, camera data, microphone recordings, health data, or messages. Sprinkle Jam has no in-app purchases. Sprinkle Jam does not sell personal information.

When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared in these limited situations:

with Google AdMob for advertising, as described above;
with Google, which processes gameplay analytics for us through Firebase, as described above;
with app stores and operating systems for app distribution, crash reporting, reviews, and platform services;
when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or respond to valid legal requests.

Retention and deletion

You can delete local gameplay data by deleting the app or clearing the app's storage in your device settings. Google Analytics deletes event-level gameplay analytics after at most 14 months; only aggregated totals that do not identify a device are kept longer. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies and your Google or device advertising settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the data Sprinkle Jam handles. The app keeps gameplay data in platform storage and relies on HTTPS for third-party services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Sprinkle Jam is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through a store contact, ad provider, or platform service connected with Sprinkle Jam, they may submit a privacy inquiry using the developer contact option on the Google Play listing.

International availability

Sprinkle Jam may be available in multiple countries. Information processed by app stores, operating systems, and Google AdMob may be transferred and processed in countries other than where you live, according to those providers' policies and applicable law.
